He once suggested the SSPX might need twelve new bishops. Weeks later four were too many. Now Leo gets endless benefit of the doubt, resistance has become rebellion, and he asks Francis’ intercession.
They are telling us openly that they are not the Catholic Church, but the Synodal Antichrist Spiritual Sewage Farm
A number of stories over the past few days once again reminded me that one of the best things that could happen to Catholicism is for the apostate Synodal Church to officially change its name to exactly that: the Synodal Church.
In these days, much is being said about the new book by Msgr. Viganò, in which the authoritative spokesman for the FSSPX writes that all «postconciliar popes are in a state of schism with the papacy» and considers them «enemies of the papacy». Personally, I consider John Paul II and Benedict XVI to be saints, and I strongly advise Viganò’s anti-papal and anti-council adversaries not to read this article. I have already addressed the issue of Benedict XVI’s resignation in my 2025 book, but since the Chair of Peter continues to be occupied abusively amid the total indifference of cardinals and bishops—including Viganò—it is by no means superfluous to revisit the topic.
Here is a concise summary (384 characters):
Based on the letters of Saint Bernard defending the rights of Pope Innocent II against the antipope Anaclet (1130), Andrea Cionci draws a parallel with 2013: Benedict XVI not having renounced the Petrine 'munus,' his pontificate remained valid. The election of Francis was therefore canonically null. He was, like Anaclet, and as the antipope Leo is today, his successor, a usurper, for there can be only one pope at a time.
Archbishop Gustavo García-Siller announced that Fr. John Mary Foster was found guilty of schism and dismissed from the clerical state while forbidding Catholics to attend Mass at the Mission of Divine Mercy.
Bishop Marian Eleganti : "I believe that recent popes have lost authority and spiritual capital. Their personalities take center stage."
Editor’s note: The following is a guest commentary from Bishop Marian Eleganti, the former auxiliary bishop of the Diocese of Chur and former Abbot of St. Otmarsberg Abbey. It has been published on 'Per Mariam' at the direct request of Bp. Eleganti.
