The document is clear: investigations are underway into the nullity of Benedict XVI's resignation and the question of the impeded see raised by the inquiry of Roman journalist Andrea Cionci, author of the volume "Ratzinger Code", sold in 25,000 copies and translated into 5 languages.
The author has been writing for 20 years for the main Italian newspapers; for the daily Libero he has conducted in-depth investigation, on his own blog, since 2020, into the question of Pope Benedict XVI's resignation. In February 2025, however, all his articles were "inexplicably" deleted from the newspaper's website and a petition by 2,000 readers for their restoration proved ineffective.
Cionci does not work alone, but is surrounded by a group of Latinists, canonists, lawyers, Church historians and after a 6-year investigation, conducted in 1,500 articles, 2,800 podcasts, 185 lectures, 55 petitions, on June 6, 2024 he filed with the Vatican criminal tribunal a petition of 100 pages then supplemented by two other integrations and a complaint. The news was suppressed by the media by the excommunication inflicted on Monsignor Viganò (perhaps not coincidentally), a few days later.
This work denounces the attack suffered by Pope Benedict XVI in Cuba, in 2012 and highlights how from the canonical point of view the Declaratio of February 11, 2013 was never an abdication, but rather a decisio, a penal decree that the Pope can issue extraprocessually for the most grave crimes against the faith, with which he announced his impeded see and the imminent usurpation of the papacy.
The Latin text of the Declaratio and its translations have been clumsily disguised and falsified: Monsignor Georg Gaenswein himself confirms in the volume "Nothing but the Truth" (2023) that the original text of Pope Benedict XVI was subject to "small spelling corrections and some legal clarifications" by Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone and Monsignor Giampiero Gloder, a circumstance not denied by those involved, after a public petition https://www.petizioni.com/petizione_a_ser_card_tarcisio_bertone_ha_cambiato_lei_il_testo_della_declaratio_di_benedetto_xvi and subsequently subject of a complaint filed with the Vatican criminal tribunal.
Bergoglio, therefore, according to Cionci's investigation, was never pope because of an abusive conclave, convoked when the pope was not dead and not abdicating, but impeded.
Leo XIV to date cannot be considered pope because of the entry into conclave of 108 false cardinals appointed by Bergoglio, to which are added other irregularities such as those highlighted by anti-mafia magistrate Angelo Giorgianni who, in a letter to Cardinal Parolin taken up by the daily Il Messaggero, https://www.ilmessaggero.it/vaticano/papa_leone_l_ex_magistrato_no_vax_giorgianni_scrive_a_parolin_conclave_invalido_telefonino_cardinale-9411680.html has objected that the voters, numbering 133, exceeded by 12 the limit of 120 voters allowed, and that a cellphone was found on an electoral cardinal after the extra omnes.
It should be noted that Cionci, on April 12, 2025, was summoned by the Vatican Promoter of Justice and interrogated for 4 hours as a witness. It is from this moment, therefore, that we can say with certainty that a preliminary investigation has been launched.
A few days ago the office of the Promoter responded to a request for access to documents filed by Cionci and his lawyer responding thus: "considering that there is no provision for the right to access the file during the course of the investigation, and considering also that the office is conducting investigations and it is not at the present time possible to foresee when they will conclude, it rejects the petition at this time".
The important news is therefore that there is an official document of the Vatican tribunal confirming that investigations are underway on the question of the attack on Benedict XVI and the nullity of his abdication due to impeded see.
"This," comments Andrea Cionci, "is the response that silences all those who over the years have attempted to discredit, censor, deny my research work, the most thorough and interdisciplinary ever conducted on the most important question of the last 2000 years for the survival of the Church. What is being uselessly hidden is that Benedict XVI, forced to step aside, has canonically disintegrated his enemies, the ecclesiastical freemasonry, which in 2013 placed on the throne of Peter a malevolent gnostic antipope. For this reason Bergoglio was able to scandalize Catholics for 12 years with his heresies: not being pope, he was not assisted by the Holy Spirit".
The fact that the preliminary investigation was launched with Bergoglio still alive undoubtedly demonstrates a certain independence of the Vatican magistracy.
According to Andrea Cionci, as per canonical practice, when Benedict XVI entered impeded see, the Secretariat of State took command of certain aspects of the administrative life of the Church, leaving Bergoglio free to act as Head of State, but not entirely as pope. Hence a series of apparent renunciations by Bergoglio: from the red mozzetta, to the palace of Castel Gandolfo, to the apostolic apartment, to the initials P.P. after his name, etc.
These were not spontaneous renunciations, according to Cionci, but impositions by the Secretariat of State, which would go in 2020 to deprive him of the title of Vicar of Christ and in 2022 to suspend him a divinis from the celebration of Mass, probably due to the lack of diaconal ordination, of which no trace is found.
When Bergoglio died, he was exposed without the papal ferula beside him thanks to the stratagem of the coffin, and then buried not in the Vatican, without even the initials P.P. or Pont. Max. on the tombstone, as always happens for popes. Other indications of control exercised by the Secretariat of State on the question. This could only have occurred in one case: the Secretariat of State could have secretly imposed an election only by the 25 authentic electoral cardinals, succeeded or preceded by a general election of a consultative nature, just to have Leo XIV swear obedience. This also explains why when Leo appeared from the loggia of the basilica of St. Peter's, the coat of arms of "Pope Francis" did not hang below, as per tradition, but that of the Holy See with the tiara and keys.
According to Cionci, the objective of secretly restoring Petrine succession is however a glaring misstep: in addition to presenting new canonical criticalities, Leo XIV would have thus placed himself again in a situation of impediment according to his "dogma" of cohesion at all costs. While Benedict XVI wanted to separate Jerusalem from Babylon, with a post-mortem revelation of his impeded see, Prevost has reunited them again. Thus today the Church is still held hostage by ecclesiastical freemasonry, so much so that Leo can only navigate in the same wake as Bergoglio.
The typical clerical vice of hiding the truth "so as not to create scandal" exposes the Church to very serious risks: if something were to come out from the Epstein files on Bergoglio? If a dossier were to emerge on the saints invalidly proclaimed by Bergoglio? The entire Church, continuing to consider Bergoglio externally as legitimate pope, would be catastrophically discredited.
This is why it is essential that a trial on the question be instituted as soon as possible, after the preliminary investigations, and that the famous white box that Benedict XVI publicly delivered to Bergoglio in May 2013, containing the acts of the Herranz commission and therefore all the truth, be opened.
"It is very sad," Cionci continues, "that the Italian newspapers to which I proposed the exclusive have proved indifferent. The subject is untouchable, I believe also for reasons related to the financing that newspapers receive".
In this petition, https://www.petitions.com/petition_call_for_action_by_the_cardinals_to_defend_the_rights_of_the_apostolic_see_art_3_udgmche which collected over 1,300 signatures in just a few days, Cionci retraces the main stages of his investigation, Cionci asks the cardinals to intervene as required by article 3 of Universi Dominici Gregis.
The battle, if, according to the journalist, already won on the canonical level, remains however extremely difficult from the media perspective: the truth struggles to emerge thanks to the confiscation of the mainstream operated by the same powers that supported Bergoglio. And Leo XIV seems to have not the slightest will to bring out the truth.
